Selecting Your Filstar®
Filstar has a number of options available to match your filtration needs. Liquid pressure up to 1 Mpa drives the filtration. The best results are obtained with:
Fluid viscocity Solids density Particle size
Filstar best with fluid viscocity below 2.5cp below 2.5cp Filstar best with solid density >1.5 specific gravity
>1.5 g/cm3		 Filstar achieves 98% separation with 15 microns 15 micron 98%
Filstar achieves 95% separation with 10 micron 10 micron 95%
Filstar achieves 50% separation with 5 micron 5 micron 50%
Filstar offers different body material which are classified by the type of liquid.
